Talk to the Gentle Merchant

To start this quest, you'll need to talk to the Gentle Merchant on the Upper Level of Blue Sky Bridge. She'll task you with getting some hot spring water from the hot spring on the lower level.

Go to the Hot Springs

Once you got the quest, head to the hot springs at the Lower Level of Blue Sky Bridge during nighttime. While you're there, you'll automatically get the Vial With Hot Spring Water needed for this quest.

Do note that you can only do this during the night so make sure to plan your schedule accordingly.

How to Get Vial With Hot Spring Water

Return to the Merchant

After you got the Vial With Hot Spring Water, you can return to the Gentle Merchant to complete this quest and claim your rewards.
