Progress Story to Virga Island

To complete this quest, you'll first need to progress the story until you've reached Virga Island. Once you're there, a bunch of new Side Quests and Dungeons will unlock, including the one that's hiding the Relic you'll need.

Accept The Greater One-Eyed Scoundrel

To unlock the dungeon that has the Relic, you'll need to accept The Greater One-Eyed Scoundrel. To accept this Bounty, you'll need to teleport to any major city first since there is no Recruiter Dispatcher on Virga Island.

Purchase Information in the Hushed Honeybee Inn

Before going to the dungeon, you can also purchase Information from the Informant in the Hushed Honeybee Inn. This is always useful as it will teach you about the enemies inside, as well as the boss' weaknesses.

Find the Relic in Scoundrel's Hold

When you're ready, teleport to Grand Trad and travel to Scoundrel's Hold. Once you're there, follow the left wall until you come across a hole in the wall. Crawl through to get to the chest containing the Relic.

Defeat Psyocropos and Clear the Dungeon

While you're here, you should also clear out the dungeon and defeat Psyocropos for the The Greater One-Eyed Scoundrel Bounty. Make sure to defeat Psyocropos first with Pierce Skills since it will get enraged if it's the last one alive.

Give the Relic to Neuras

To finish this quest, you'll need to wait for nighttime and hang out with Neuras to give the Relic. Once that's done, you'll have successfully completed this quest and automatically accept the next one, Relic Search: Engineer’s Destiny.
