Fae Sight is a feature in the game that allows you to assess enemy difficulty based on your current level in the game. Using this feature will give you better foresight on what enemy battles you can engage or avoid in the field.

Fae Sight unlocks as you progress through the prologue, since Gallica joins you early on, allowing you to use this feature.

Stun Enemies First to Gain Advantage in Squad Battle

It is recommended that you first stun your enemies in the overworld before engaging them in a Squad Battle. Once engaged in battle, stunned enemies will be more vulnerable to their weaknesses so exploit it during combat.

Additionally, exploiting their weakness or executing a critical attack will earn you more turn points during the fight. This will allow you to get more turns in the battle, which you can use to either to attack, recover, or buff.

The Retry command is a feature where you can retry the battle you are currently on from the start to better select the actions you will take.

Use this feature when the battle becomes too difficult, or when you want to experiment with your choice of tactics.

Change Archetypes to Modify Combat Style

You can explore different overworld combat styles by changing Archetypes. For example, if you want to hit several enemies in one attack, you can equip the Mage Archetype to summon a small gust of wind around you, defeating enemies who try to come in contact with you.If you prefer a single target and ranged attack, you can reclass to the Faker Archetype instead.

Make sure to change to an Archetype that fits your playstyle or works well for the dungeon, especially if one area spawns a group of enemies!
