Upon reaching Bond Rank 8 with Catherina, players can unlock the Martial Artist Archetype by studying it at the cost of 20625 MAG, as well as reaching a certain Archetype rank, should it not be a base Archetype.

Skills Learned Through Rank Leveling

Lv. Skill Type Description
1 Spiral Fist Strike
Strike 		Deals heavy physical Strike damage to one enemy. Power proportional to caster's remaining HP. Removes buffs.
3 Meditation Recovery
Recovery 		Recovers a small amount of HP to caster and cures the Burn and Frostbite status.
6 Hell Thrust Pierce
Pierce 		Deals heavy physical Pierce damage to one enemy. Lowers their Defence for 3 turns.
10 Undisturbed Serenity Recovery
Recovery 		Recovers a medium amount of HP for caster and cures the Poison and Hex status.
15 Unyielding Blood Passive
Passive 		Allows one ally to endure one fatal attack restoring them to full HP, once per battle.
20 Battle Master Passive
Passive 		Prevents Poison, Malady, Paralysis, Hex, Burn, and Frostbite

Ultimate Energy Ray Deals severe physical Light damage to one enemy. Power proportional to carter's remaining HP.
Party Requirement: Seeker, Mage, or Healer Lineages
Bodhisattva's Palm Severe phys. Strike damage to 1 enemy. Inflicts 1 time weakness to Strike. Damage relative to caster's current HP.
Party Requirement: Gunner, Faker, or Summoner Lineages
