Brigitta will be available starting on 06/12, just after you start the Necromancer Take Down main quest. You can find her in front of the Igniter Shop on Sunlumeo Street in Grand Trad.
No need to worry about not being able to start her bond immediately, especially if you don't have enough wisdom to progress. You can work on the other prerequisites first, as you'll have a couple of free days before the deadline.

You also need to level up your wisdom to Informed before accepting her missions. The quickest way to do this is by sightseeing on the bench, which you can find near her shop. It can take at least four sessions or two days to reach this level!
In addition to reaching the specified date and advancing your wisdom rank to Informed, you also need to complete Brigitta's quest, A Bullish Embargo, which you can unlock by asking her for more information about the mission.
This is a fairly difficult quest to complete since you'll need to take down Guptauros, an optional boss fight in Belega Corridor. Make sure to prepare before heading into this boss fight!

| 6 | Merchant's Markdown | Significantly improves the exchange rate at the MAG Exchange. |
| 7 | Igniter Connoisseur | Further widens the variety of items sold at the Lycaon Magic Association by adding rare items. |
| 7 | Supply Crate | Occasionally, as one day ends and another begins, Brigitta will send a crate with funds. |
