At the end of a battle, receiving a Spoil slightly reduces the EXP and A-EXP gained. If no Spoil is obtained, you'll receive the regular amount of EXP and A-EXP.

Character	Explanation
Protagonist	The protagonist, with the Soul Hacker Archetype, will be your main damage dealer with Soulblade Rider. He will be constantly attacking and rarely stopping to heal or remove Frostbite.
Hulkenberg	Hulkenberg, as the Commander, will be the required Archetype to unlock Soulblade Rider. With Commander, she can learn Ice Dodge wihich is helpful dodging Icy Breath from Sogne.
Junah	Junah, equipped with the Masked Dancer Archetype, is your buffer and healer. She will be focused on using Vitalja on the Protagonist to make sure Soulblade Rider will hit hard. She will be also using healing items to recover HP or remove Frostbite.
Eupha	Eupha will be your debuffer with the Trickster Archetype. With access to Vidyartha, she will ensure your Soulblade Rider will do as much damage as possible and that Sogne will do as less damage as possible.

The General will serve a support role and the needed requirement to unlock this Synthesis Skill, use their turn to buff or pass to use the skill when needed.

The Trickster will be focused on debuffing Sogne and using Dekunda to remove debuffs on the party, the Masked Dancer will be the opposite, instead will offer buffs and use healing items on their turn when needed.

In the first half of this fight, Rella will put up Quartz Wall on Sogne, nullfying his Fire weakness.

Save your fire attacks for the second half and attack Sogne with the Soul Hacker's Synthesis Skill, Soulblade Rider which is very powerful Almighty attack.

Once Rella is down, the team can now whale on Sogne with Fire, hitting its weakness and gaining more turns in the process.

Cure Frostbite Fast

Sogne's Icy Breath will inflict Frostbite on the party which lowers their attack, and makes them unable to use Synthesis Skills when inflicted. Take priority to cure Frostbite to maximize damage.
