To unlock this quest, you'll first need to complete Alozno's Rank 8 Bond Event. Once that's done, Daturam will ask you to join him during nighttime to do this quest.

When you're ready, talk to Daturam to start a series of cutscenes and complete this quest. Do note that there is no reward for this quest, but it does tie up Alonzo's story pretty nicely.
