To start this quest, head over to Nightprowler in Brilehaven and talk to the Overfamiliar Man. He will task you with getting back his Deed from a noble in the city.

Before doing anything else, you'll want to complete Superior Scrimshaw first. This is necessary for a dialogue option in the next step.

Talk to the Pompous Noble in the Arena

Metaphor ReFantazio - Pompous Noble
Once you've cleared the Forsaken Tower, talk to the Pompous Man inside the Arena. Select "... tawdy arena...", followed by "... greater wonders.", and then "... Forsaken Tower?", finally ending with the option to get the Deed.

If you try to talk to him before clearing the Forsaken Tower, he won't be interested in you and you can't negotiate for the Deed.

Return to the Overfamiliar Man

Metaphor ReFantazio - Deeds and Diversions Clear
Once you get the Deed, return to the Overfamiliar Man and give it to him. This will complete the quest and you can now claim your rewards!
