The Prince and the Royal Summoner will be your main sources of damage, with both Blackguard's Hammer and Summon Undead King skills to deal big damage to Ordemos.
The Royal Knight will draw the Ordemos's attention and the Royal Masked Dancer will use Vitalja and Ruin's Flameflower to buff and support the team.

Avoid Electric Attacks
Electric attacks will reflect back at you if you're attacking Ordemos, leading you to lose all your turns while dealing back the damage you're supposed to deal. Avoid this by not bringing these skills to the fight. Instead, you can chip the Ordemos's health with other elemental skills like Void Wave or Ruin's Flameflower.
Use Dark Skills
Ordemos is weak against Dark skills, so take advantage of this by using skills like Blackguard's Hammer from the Prince Archetype and Summon Undead King from the Royal Summoner Archetype. This will let you gain extra Press Turns while dealing more damage against it.
Use Healing Spells
Ordemos will hit hard and can inflict status ailments like Daze against the party. When heavily damaged, take your time to heal the party up and remove these status ailments with Sulphurous Salt and Panacea before going on the offensive again.
