What is the Akademeia?

A Place to Customize Your Archetypes

The Akademeia is where you go to upgrade and customize the different Archetypes you use in battle. You'll be able to study new Archetypes and Skills to power up your team in battle.

If you've played the Persona series, this is similar to the Velvet Room where you interact with Igor to fuse and improve your different Personas.

How to Change Archetypes

The Keeper of Akademeia, More

Besides Archetype customization, the Akademeia houses one of your Followers, More. They govern the Seeker Archetype, the first Archetype the protagonist gets access to, and is the person you go to for your Archetype-related needs.

How to Unlock the Akademeia

Defeat Homo Gorleo

You unlock the Akademeia after defeating Homo Gorleo and using to the Seeker Archetype for the first time during the Prologue. Once you fall asleep while camping later on, you'll be transported to the Akademeia and meet More.

Prologue Walkthrough Guide

Archetype Trees Accessible from the Menu

At the start, the only way to access your party's Archetype Tree is by visiting the Akademeia. Upon reaching rank 2 of More's bond, players will be able to access their party's Archetypes from the menu without having the need to paying More a visit.
