A roussainte lady knight met in Grand Trad. Once a member of the royal knights, she served the prince alongside Grius. Although the prince was formally declared dead, she believed that he survived the attack and searched for him alone.
Given her social status, she was called by her family name during her travels, which she has become completely accustomed to, to the point that she introduces herself that way.

How to Unlock Hulkenberg
Reach 06/11 and Defeat Undead Grius
After defeating Undead Grius while progressing through 06/11, Strohl suggests that the party should head back to the Honeybee Inn, as Hulkenberg got hurt during the fight. Upon arrival, after Fabienne leaves to check on Maria, Hulkenberg will join the party, unlocking her bond at the same time.

The protagonist can receive the Knight's Memorandum from Hulkenberg during the final free time of the game. Do note that this can only be obtained by ranking Hulkenberg up to 8, so be sure to spend time with her as much as possible!
