To start this quest, talk to the Kindly Boy in Brilehaven's Seabreeze Street. All that he'll ask is that you get a rare flower for his friend.

Buy the Flower From St. Fermis Church

The flower that you'll need to complete this quest can be purchased at the St. Fermis Church back in Grand Trad. Once you've bought the Rainbow Flower, you can teleport back to Brilehaven.

Return to the Kindly Boy

To complete this quest, just head back to the Kindly Boy and give him the flower. After a relatively awkward conversation, you'll complete this quest and you can claim your rewards!
