Use Strike Skills
The Royal Summoner has access to a very powerful Strike Summon with the Summon Fury Synthesis skill. Make sure to use this to inflict big damage against Homo Sandro since it is weak against Strike. Use inherited skills from the Brawler lineage to deal damage.
Use Prince's Royal Sword and Royal Slash Skills
The Prince's Royal Sword and Royal Slash skills are Almighty skills that do bonus damage against human-type enemies. Make sure to take advantage of this bonus and use these skills to bring Homo Sandro down quickly.
