Master Sergeant Glechom will use skills that attack the entire party unless you redirect him. To do this use your Magic Knight Archetype's Knight's Proclamation to taunt him and make him do Physical Skills towards Hulkenberg instead. Make sure to manage her health with healing while she tanks the damage.
While this is happening, have your Magic Seeker, Swordmaster, and Assassin Archetypes deal as much damage as you can to defeat Glechom.

Taunt Glechom to Stop Party Attack Skills
Stop Glechom from doing party attacks by taunting him with the Knight's Proclamation. This will focus fire on Hulkenberg and she will have to tank damage for the Party.
Use Attacks That Deal Heavy Damage
Use attacks that deal heavy damage to make quick work of Glechom's health. Since Glechom doesn't have any particular strengths or weaknesses you can use any skill in your arsenal to deal damage. It is recommended using Assassinate and Raging Edge to do this.
