Talk to the Gabby Mustari

To start this quest, you'll need to talk to the Gabby Mustari in Port Brilehaven's Angler's Inn Square. They'll task you with completing the third trial from the Trial of the Dragon questline.

Travel to the Forsaken Tower

When you're ready, head to the Gauntlet Runner and travel to the Forsaken Tower. You should have already explored this dungeon so just make your way to the top and defeat any new enemies on the way there.

Defeat the Devourer of Nations

Prepare yourself as you're about to face the final dragon, the Devourer of Nations. Just like the last two dragons, make sure your Party and late-game Archetypes are sufficiently levelled before taking on this boss.

Once the dragon goes down, you'll automatically complete this quest and get the Cardinal Dragon Robe.
