Gold Beetles Side Quest Debates

Gold Beetles

Gold Beetles are collectibles found around the game. They are bugs that are tradable in Port Brilehaven, and will also count for the trophy, All That Glitters, which can be obtained after collecting 46 out of 49 beetles.

There are 3 easily missable beetles in the game right now:

Location	How to Get
Northern Border Fort	Approach the glowing spot behind the tree. Player cannot return to this area after quest.
Port Brilehaven, Seabreeze Street	Complete the Dental Distress quest. Missable if player does not complete quest in time.
Ancient Eldan Sanctum, Plaza of Light	Found next to a broken down house. Player cannot return to this area after quest.

Listen for Golden Beetle Sounds to Track Them

Keep an eye out for these little critters since they are easily missable.

They make chirping noises when they are nearby so keep an ear out as well when looking for these little bugs around the world of Euchronia.

Side Quests with Deadlines

Some sidequests from NPCs can have an attached deadline to them. Passing this date without doing this quest will immediately forfeit your ability to complete this along with obtaining the rewards attached to the quest.

Pay attention to the deadlines given to you and use your time wisely to avoid missing any deadlines!

All Side Quests Guide

Debates

All Debates in Martira, Port Brilehaven, and Altabury can only be encountered on specific dates, and you wouldn't know they're happening unless you consult with Gallica. Because of this, they can be easily missed if you don't ask her about activities available in each location.

Debates begin as soon as July starts, and you can complete the majority of them in the same month. The last debate candidate, Julian, can only be encountered in Altabury, starting in September.
