The Popularity Ranking system is a means of measurement of who the next king will be in Metaphor: ReFantazio. Learn what the Popularity Ranking system is and how to increase your own rank in-game!
One of the big plot points of the story is that the next King will be decided depending on who the most popular candidate is by the end of the election.
Elevating your popularity within the Kingdom of Euchronia will allow you to win the race before the deadline.
The Coronation Rock, introduced in the story through the king's magic, is a rock that will change based on who the people think the rightful king is.
You can visit this rock to see your popularity ranking among the people, and to receive MAG daily.
The MAG collectable daily in the Coronation Rock is based on how popular you are with the people. The more popular you are, the higher your rank is, and the more MAG you can collect everyday.
Do your due diligence with the people of Euchronia to receive as much MAG as you can, to help out with unlocking Archetypes among other things!
By playing through the story and completing Missions, you'll naturally gain points towards increasing your popularity.
Additionally, helping people when you're out strolling around the world is another great way to increase your popularity. The citizens will provide quests every now and then so keep an eye out and complete them right away if you're able!
