Accept the Bounty

To start this quest, you'll need to talk to any Recruiter Dispatcher in any major city to accept this Bounty. If the bounty doesn't show up yet, then you'll need to progress through the Main Story until the date is 09/13.

Accept Relic Search: Bitter Memories

While this isn't necessary to complete this quest, you'll still want to accept Relic Search: Bitter Memories since the Relic you'll need for this quest is also inside the same dungeon.

Travel to the Everfrost Forest

When you're ready, head to the Gauntlet Runner and travel to Everfrost Forest. Make sure that you also grab the Relic while you're here so you can complete the other quest as well.

Defeat the Icebeast Chimenzahn

Once you're in the dungeon, defeat the worms marked on the map until the Icebeast Chimenzahn spawns. This boss will be accompanied by a Montarian Spear Soldier so make sure that you're prepared accordingly.

Return to a Recruiter Dispatcher

After the boss has been defeated and you grabbed Neuras' Relic, you can leave the dungeon. Once you're back in town, report to a Recruiter Dispatcher to complete this quest.
