Protagonist	The Protagonist can play different roles in this battle. With Magic Seeker, he can provide support by using Tarukaja and Vitalja. In the later stages of the battle, especially if Fatolich manages to summon a Chimenza, you can have him deal with the summoned monsters using the Archetype's wind skills, such as Cyclo.
Strohl	Since Brawler is one of the recommended Archetypes, Strohl can comfortably reclass to it and take advantage of its skills. He can deal massive damage with Strike attacks and gain access to strong Light Synthesis Skills, both of which cover Fatolich's weaknesses.
Hulkenberg	Hulkenberg can serve as the secondary mixed support for the team by reclassing to the Cleric Archetype. With this, she can target Fatolich's weakness to light by using Hama while also providing support with recovery skills when playing on higher difficulty.
Heismay	Heismay can go full support and reclass to the Faker Archetype. With this class, he can use a variety of support skills to lower Fatolich's stats. If you prefer to have two Brawlers, Heismay can comfortably reclass to a Healer as well to gain access to Energy Ray.

Use Powerful Light or Strike Skills

During the first turn, it's highly recommended to go all out on offense to prevent Fatolich from summoning. If possible, try defeating it in the first turn by using heavy Light and Strike skills. You can do this by using Synthesis Skills accessible with the Brawler Archetype, such as Energy Ray.

Defeat Any Summoned Chimenza

If you can't defeat Fatolich in the first turn and it manages to summon a Chimenza, have your Magic Seeker focus on it by spamming Wind Skills. Defeating Chimenza is a must, as it can use Deiamahan, which helps Fatolich recover a chunk of its missing HP.
