Elmenta are rare enemies you can encounter inside dungeons and even in the Gauntlet Runner. They will try their best to avoid battle, making it necessary to stun them or engage in a squad battle quickly to face them.
Failing to defeat them will cause them to run away, so make sure to beat them using skills they are weak to in one turn.

How to Defeat Elmenta
Stun in Overworld, Then Exploit Weakness
To defeat Elmenta, make sure to stun them in the overworld first to guarantee an extra turn, especially if you're entering a dungeon below the recommended levels. Equip Archetypes such as the Seeker or Faker to focus on them before initiating a stunned squad combat and exploiting their respective weaknesses.
Elmenta Rewards
Increased A-EXP, MAG, and Reeves
All Elmenta drops a large amount of MAG, Reeves, and A-EXP on defeat. Since Elmenta never attacks you, you will automatically get the Unscathed Triumph bonus, allowing you to get more of these in one go.

Dungeons
Almost every dungeon houses Elmenta, but most of them appear in low numbers. Always navigate through dungeons completely to find all Elmenta, especially if you're farming for them.

Gauntlet Runner
Each Gauntlet Runner almost guarantees an encounter with any Elmenta, depending on your route. To force an encounter, simply use the Gauntlet Runner and head to any destination in the map, preferably those you cannot fast travel to.
