| A Clemar officer who is said to be one of the most outstanding figures in the royal army and has joined the ranks of royalty at an exceptionally young age. Along with Forden, Louis is one of the favourites to become the next King. He will be featured throughout the story as he will try to gain the favour of the masses to become the number one candidate by the Day of the Hero.
It is revealed during the opening cutscene and throughout the story that Louis is the one who assassinated the King. He's also responsible for the attempt on the Prince's life, which is the the catalyst for the Protagonist to set out on his journey to assassinate him.
Joseph Tweedale voices Louis for the English release, while Yuichi Nakamura provides the voice for the Japanese release.
