A Strength Build can become of the strongest builds in the game, especially once you reach the late-game and you unlock some of the strongest Skills and Archetypes.

However, the biggest downside to this build is that it has a weaker early-game than a Magic build due to the lack of party diversity.

Strength Build Stat Priority

Raising your Strength Stat will further increase the damage output from your physical skills, enabling you to maximize the potential of your Archetypes specializing in various types of physical attacks in battle.

Increasing your Endurance Stat can also help you tank enemy attacks during battle, enabling you to cast Support Skills that can improve the damage you can dish.

The Luck Stat can help you land critical hits against enemies, so raising it can help you optimize your physical attacks.

Best Basic Archetypes For Strength Build

Archetype	Explanation
Warrior	The Warrior Archetype is one of the earliest Archetypes you can acquire in the game, which is ideal if you want to focus primarily on strength. The Warrior Archetype also specializes in Slash Skills, so be sure to hone them with the proper Support Skills.
Brawler	The Brawler Archetype mostly specializes in Strike Skills, which it can reinforce with the Battle Cry Support Skill. It also has access to a bunch of Passive Skills that can reinforce its role as a close-range combatant.
Gunner	The Gunner Archetype mostly employs Pierce Skills in combat. Additionally, its role as a long-range specialist comes into play as the Archetype boasts not losing strength even when placed on the back row.
Berserker	The Berserker Archetype is the perfect choice for running a Strength Build if you expect wanton carnage in your battles. Its resistance to physical attacks will be the detriment of your enemies in the game.

If you plan to run a Strength Build, the early Archetype contenders are Warrior, Brawler, and Gunner. These Archetypes specialize in specific types of physical attacks that you can further hone from their own Support Skills in their moveset.

The Berserker is also a great Archetype for Strength Builds, but it's unlocked later in the game compared to the other options. Once you get there, however, you'll want to study this Archetype immediately.

Best Characters to Use For Strength Build

Character	Explanation
Protagonist	Stat Allocation for the protagonist will be entirely up to you, so he's the primary candidate to have when running a strength build in the game. The Seeker Archetype line also learns powerful elemental physical Synthesis Skills.
Strohl	Strohl will be one of the first allies you get in the game, and also one of the strongest members during battle. His attunement to the Warrior Archetype makes him a prime candidate for a strength build run.
Basilio	Aside from Strohl, Basilio has one of the highest Strength stat growths in the party. However, he's unlocked later than Strohl, but once you get him and his Berserker Archetype, you'll be able to utilize him and his devastating physical attacks.
