To get the missing ingredient needed to complete the Potion of Blight, you'll have to head to the Grand Trad Item Shop and purchase some Parchwater under the key items section.

Can Purchase Information from Informants

You can also purchase Information for the Parchwater from Informants in taverns. However, this isn't necessary since you can just head straight to the store to buy it without the info.

Return to Edeni

Once you've got the Parchwater, you can teleport to Virga Island and talk to Edeni. After he's made the potion and you've completed this quest, you'll now be able to access the interior of the Dragon Temple to get Drakodios!
