This dungeon is the fourth dungeon that you will explore in both Obtain Drakodios and Eliminate Virga Island's Threat main quests. Make sure you complete it before 09/05 or this will result in a Game Over.

Complete Ancestral Solution Quest

In order to enter the Dragon Temple, you must complete the Ancestral Solution quest first and have Edeni make the Potion of Blight.

Once you have the potion, pour it onto the tree blocking the temple's entrance. Be prepared, as this action will trigger a boss battle immediately afterward.
