This dungeon is the fourth dungeon that you will explore in both Obtain Drakodios and Eliminate Virga Island's Threat Main Quests. Make sure you complete it before 09/05 or this will result in a Game Over.

Complete Ancestral Solution Quest

In order to enter the Dragon Temple, you must complete the Ancestral Solution quest first and have Edeni make the Potion of Blight.

Once you have the potion, pour it onto the tree blocking the temple's entrance. Be prepared, as this action will trigger a boss battle immediately afterward.

Purchase a Parchwater to Complete the Potion of Blight Side Quest

To complete the Potion of Blight side quest, head back to Sunshade Street in Grand Trad and buy a Parchwater in the General Store. You only need 500 Reeves for the purchase. After that, return to Edeni to complete the quest.

Here's a recommended setup that has everyone exploiting enemy weaknesses using magic while Hulkenberg tanks for the team and deals damage with Synthesis Skills.

To verify you're on the right track, look up at the ceiling. If it is illuminated, you're following the correct path.

Keep progressing while paying close attention until you find the exit in the middle.
