How to Unlock Basilio
Reach 09/14 and Speak to Basilio in the Gauntlet Runner
Starting from 09/14, head to any unexplored dungeons or to an enemy Gauntlet Runner. This locks you and everyone in the Gauntlet Runner, and you can approach Basilio while traveling to start his bond!

The protagonist can receive the Golden Perfume Cream from Basilio during the final free time of the game. Do note that this can only be obtained by ranking Basilio up to 8, so be sure to spend time with him as much as possible!
