1	Third Eye	Passive	When attacked, halves attacking enemy's Hit Rate.
2	Plunder	Almighty	High chance of stealing a rare item from one enemy. (Higher Agility = higher success rate.)
7	Haste Lore	Passive	Greatly increases wielder's Hit/Evasion at the start of battle.
14	Plasma Nightblade	Slash	Deals heavy physical Slash damage to all enemy. May one-hit kill targets.
20	Illusive Dream	Slash	Deals weak physical Slash damage to one enemy 1-3 times. Absorbs MP. May one hit kill target.
20	Noble Thief's Soul	Passive	Depletes all of an enemy's Turn Icons if their attack is dodged.
