Progress Story to Port Brilehaven

To unlock the dungeon that's hiding the Relic for this quest, you'll need to progress the story to Brilehaven first. Once you've accepted the Infiltrate the Charadrius Main Quest, you can accept Side Quests to unlock the Tomb of Lament.

Accept Multiple Other Quests

There are many other quests that you can accomplish while doing this one. Make sure to accept these quests so you don't need to spend extra time travelling again later down the line.

Set Out for the Tomb of Lament

After you've accepted the aforementioned quests, head to the Gauntlet Runner to make your way to the Tomb of Lament. Make sure to pass by Inundo so you can complete Dental Distress before its deadline comes up.

Find the Relic Inside the Tomb

Once you get to the Tomb of Lament, head down to the second floor and enter the small hole along the right wall. This path will lead you to the chest that contains the Relic for this quest.

When you're done, and you've defeated the Fatolich to complete two other quests, you can exit the dungeon.

Tomb of Lament Dungeon Walkthrough Guide

Continue Journey to Forsaken Tower

Instead of teleporting back to town, choose to continue your journey to the Forsaken Tower so you can complete your other Side Quests. On the way there, you'll be able to submit this quest to Neuras once it's nighttime on the Gauntlet Runner.
