Accept Relic Search: A Dream’s Origin

While this isn't required to complete the quest, you'll want to make sure that you also have Relic Search: A Dream’s Origin accepted since one of Neuras' Relics is in the dungeon.

This can be interchanged with Relic Search: Bitter Memories if you haven't completed that quest yet.

Travel to Mt. Vulkano

Metaphor ReFantazio - Mt Vulkano Map
When you're ready, head to the Gauntlet Runner and travel to Mt. Vulkano. Remember to purchase Information from the Informant in Altabury's Tavern so you can learn about the weaknesses of the enemies and boss inside.

Mt. Vulkano Dungeon Walkthrough

Pick Up the Rusty Greatsword

Besides Neuras' Relic, you'll also want to make sure that you grab the Rusty Greatsword inside the dungeon. This is used for the quest The Edge of Glory which you'll get later down the line.

Defeat Mad Sanctor Hyperic

Metaphor ReFantazio - Mad Sanctor Hyperic
At the end of the dungeon, you'll need to defeat Mad Sanctor Hyperic. As a note, Eupha is a mandatory party member for this fight so make sure to plan your team composition accordingly.

Once the boss goes down, you'll automatically complete this quest and get your rewards.
