Accept the Hatching a Plan Side Quest in Martira

Metaphor Refantazio - Talk to the Gloomy Youth
Komero Village can be unlocked by accepting the Hatching a Plan Side Quest in Martira. Talk to the Gloomy Youth in Thoroughfare Square and you will be tasked to procure a Practical Pigeon Parcel.

Go to the Gauntlet Runner and you will gain access to Komero Village.

Accept the Bounty Man-Eater in the Mines

Metaphor Refantazio - The Man-Eater in the Mine Bounty

Komero Village can also be unlocked by accepting the Bounty Man-Eater in the Mines. After Heismay joins the party, talk to the Recruiter Dispatcher to accept the bounty.

You will be made to stop at Komero Village before proceeding to the Man-Eater's Grotto.
