The Mage is the best Archetype to pick for the early game. It has good magic attacks and can handle Fire, Ice, and Electric attacks, making it easy to target the weak points of enemies in the early game.

The Warrior is also a good Archetype option in the early game since increasing the level of the Warrior enables the use of the Swordmaster Archetype, which can unleash powerful area attacks in the early game.
