Use Light Skills
Cistus is weak to Light so, take advantage and use your best Light skills against him like Radiance, Summon Deity or Hamadyne. The Royal Masked Dancer can carry the Saviour's Mask to have access to Hamadyne.
Use Pierce and Strike Against the Hooded Bandit
The Hooded Bandit on Cistus's left is weak against Pierce and Strike. You can gain extra Turn Icons by doing basic attacks against him or using Pierce or Strike skills against him.
Use Fire and Ice Against the Horned Bandit
The Horned Bandit on Cistus's right is weak against Fire and Ice. You can gain extra Press Turns by using party-wide Fire or Ice skills like Ruin's Flameflower or Summon Fairy since Cistus and the other bandit is not resistant to either elements.
Be Ready to Fight Homo Sondro Afterwards
Homo Sondro will start as the second phase of this boss fight so be ready to fight it after you defeat Cistus and his bandits!
