This battle will be all about creating weaknesses and exploiting them for damage. The Prince and Warlord both have skills that can deal with and inflict weakness at the same time. For the Prince it’s Blackguard's Hammer and for the Warlord it’s Frigid Fortress Tactic.
Meanwhile, the Persona Master will be acting as support mainly for the Devil Summoner. The Persona Master has a number of skills that can inflict one-time weaknesses and depending on what she lands the Devil Summoner will adjust her attacks to maximize this.

How to Beat Jin the Charlatan |
---|
|
Similar to how other Candidate battles are, if you defeat Jin first then the battle ends even if the other party members still have HP. Focus fire on Jin to defeat him as fast as possible instead of spreading your damage to the entire party.
Make him the Target of your weakness infliction skill, this will make sure that you deal the most damage while extending your turn for the chance to hit him with another attack. Blackguard's Hammer is effective for this tactic. You can also take advantage of Hero's Cry to further extending your turn.
Jin has no weaknesses or resistances, the best way to handle this is to make your own. Use skills that can afflict one-time weakness to not only improve your damage but also extend your party's turn.
Jin the Charlatan is not a strong opponent but he is resilient. He will try to debuff your party, cast Charm, and will occasionally heal himself to extend the battle. Make sure that you have the right skills and items to make a full recovery.
