How to Heal |

|
One of the primary ways to heal in Metaphor: ReFantazio is by using healing items such as Medicines or Medicinal Herbs to heal individual characters, or items like Fairy Dust to heal all allies at once.
You can acquire these items through various means, including purchasing them from merchants, obtaining them as monster drops, completing side quests, or finding them in the overworld.
Another way to recover HP is by utilizing your healing abilities. Early in the game, after awakening to the power of the Seeker, you'll gain access to the skill Dei, which can heal yourself or an ally.
However, healing skills require MP, and once you run out, you won't be able to use them again until your MP is replenished. Using items such as Magla Pills can help you recover some MP.
In the overworld, you can enable the Auto Recovery option to automatically heal party members who are low on health.
This feature uses any ally's healing ability to heal injured party members and also consumes MP. However, if no party member possesses healing skills, this feature will not be available.
After the prologue, you can freely explore the game, engage in activities, and complete side quests.
Each of these actions takes time, and at the end of the day, your health and MP will be fully restored.
