This team excels against bird-type enemies, which are weak to Pierce damage, making Snipers the ideal choice. Bringing Eupha can also be beneficial to level her up. You may want to inherit a Patra skill from a Healer Archetype to deal with Poison status effects.
However, be cautious of Skeleon enemies, which are resistant to Pierce attacks. For those encounters, switching to a backup Pugilist Archetype will help you manage the battle more effectively.

It is recommended to position everyone except the Protagonist in the back row, as all the selected Archetypes, particularly the Snipers, are best suited for ranged attacks from the back.
The Magic Seeker should be placed in the front to act as a tank, absorbing damage and healing the team as necessary. This positioning allows the Snipers to maximize their damage output while minimizing the risk of taking direct hits.

Please, for the love of God, do not send a character to the front row. It killed my attempt right at the end because I read this and I thought "what if I send my Knight in front and guard so they can tank like in the post". Big mistake, it attacked everyone but the knight. Might just be my RNG, I am also on Hard.
