Level Up Strohl's Bond Rank to 5

To start this quest, you will need to level up Strohl's Bond Rank to 5. Towards the end of the event cutscene, you will automatically accept this quest.

Strohl Bond Guide and How to Unlock

Teleport to the Grand Cathedral

Once you have the quest, head to the Grand Cathedral in Grand Trad. You'll need to talk to two NPCs here. The first is the Fishmonger on the west side of the market followed by the Capital Merchant on the north side.

As a note, the NPCs only show up during daytime and you may need to do a different activity first to progress the time.

Report Back to Strohl

After talking to the merchant, look for Strohl and talk to him to complete this quest. This also starts a cutscene that ranks up his Bond Level to 6!
