To start this quest, you'll need to accept the Psyocropos Bounty. If you're currently on Virga Island as part of the main story, then you'll need to teleport to a different city first since there is no Recruiter Dispatcher on the island.

Purchase Information in the Hushed Honeybee Inn

Before going to the dungeon, you can also purchase Information from the Informant in the Hushed Honeybee Inn. This is always useful as it will teach you about the enemies inside, as well as the boss' weaknesses.

When you're ready, teleport to Grand Trad and make your way to the Scoundrel's Hold. You can also stop by Ligno on the way since they sell a lot of useful Items and Equipment.

Once you're in the dungeon, clear it out and head to the end to defeat the Psyocropos. Prioritize taking it down with Pierce Skills first, otherwise, it will become enraged if it's the last one left alive.

Collect Neuras' Relics

While you're here, make sure that you also grab one of Neuras' Relics so that you can give it to him to complete one of his quests. You can easily find it by following the left wall from the entrance and going through the hole in the wall.
