A fairy who accompanies the Protagonist on his journey, doubling as his chaperone for his special mission. Her diminutive size excludes her from participating physically in battles, but her special fairy traits allow her more proficiency than the Protagonist when it comes to sensing magla and knowing magic. Though she can become heated when her personal values are tested, she is a reassuring travel companion.

How to Unlock	Defeat Captain Klinger at Nord Mines.

A young man of the clemar tribe met at the Recruitment Centre in Grand Trad. A genial youth who values justice with a good head on his shoulders. He comes from a noble family but seems to have complex circumstances that led him to enlist in the army, typically a commoner profession. Though new recruits grumble at being ordered to refer to each other by their surnames in order to prevent overfamiliarity, Strohl doesn't seem to mind.

How to Unlock	Clear the Catacombs the first time and head back to Honeybee Inn.

A roussainte lady knight met in Grand Trad. Once a member of the royal knights, she served the prince alongside Grius. Although the prince was formally declared dead, she believed that he survived the attack and searched for him alone. Given her social status, she was called by her family name during her travels, which she has become completely accustomed to, to the point that she introduces herself that way.

How to Unlock	Unlocked automatically at 7/4.

Heismay Noctule. A member of the eugief tribe and former knight who the protagonist met outside Martira. A notorious man, he was long wanted for a series of kidnappings before it was revealed he'd been set up. Like all members of his tribe, he is extremely sensitive to sounds and can detect many off, scant noises his companions cannot.

How to Unlock	Complete Save the Mourning Snakes

Juani Cygnus. A beautiful nidia songstress whose extraordinary voice is praised throughout the kingdom. She often appears at major yearly events held by the royal family and the Crown Theocracy. She is also tremendously popular outside the kingdom. Her cohabitation with Louis leads many to suspect they are lovers, though in reality, she's more of an adjutant.

Complete Save the Mourning Snakes to Start Junah's Bond

Although she joins early, Junah only bonds with the protagonist after completing the Save the Mourning Snakes Side Quest. This unlocks in August after reaching Virga Island.

Euphausia Etoreika. A young mustari woman revered as the sacred priestess in the mustari village on Virga Island. A central figure in the Dragon God religion many mustari believe in, she is entrusted with the divine relic, the lance Drakodios, which is said to represent the Dragon God itself. Though mustari are naturally adept at magic, her senses are especially keen in that her third eye allows her to clearly perceive the flow of magla.

Like Junah, Eupha will only bond with the protagonist after completing her related side quest. To start her bond, complete the Trial of Malnova, specifically after clearing the Obtain Drakodios Main Quest.

Basilio Magnus. A high-ranking member of Louis's faction and one of his closest aides. Trusts his older brother Fidelio absolutely. The brawn half of the Magnus brother partnership, he's known as a nearly unstoppable bruiser on the battlefield when paired with his brother.

How to Unlock	Complete Providing a Spark side quest.

Neuras Corax. A genius engineer of the Ishkia tribe, he can single-handedly manage all things gauntlet runners, from planning to maintenance to piloting, and was contracted to build the prince's gauntlet runner before the prince vanished. He comes from a noble, highly respected family with a stately mission in Grand Trad, but as he shows absolutely no interest in social status or family prestige, he is dismissed by his family as an unmanageable oddball.

To start bonding with Neuras, simply head to Komero Village once you reach Martira. This automatically completes Providing a Spark, the quest needed to start Neuras's bond.

Grius's daughter, part rhoag, part ishkia. She lives at the Hushed Honeybee Inn in Grand Trad, where Fabienne takes care of her. A cheerful and lovable girl, she helps out in the inn at night, but is often discriminated against for being halfblood, resulting in a lack friends her own age.

Elphas Bardon. A strapping Roussainte warrior serving as a captain of the guard corps in Martira. He traveled a great distance to Grand Trad to post a bounty for the criminal responsible for an unsolved series of kidnappings plaguing Martira.

Most of that support comes from the poor people of her tribe, but there's also a contingency who've come to support her after seeing she was a youthful beauty.

However, she bears no discriminatory feelings toward minor tribes, and chooses to evaluate people by their abilities. Some speculate this meritocratic inclination stems from personal history, but the truth is anyone's guess.
