1. Find Shiro at Lord Kato's Estate
You can unlock The New Lord bounty quest as part of a quest chain after completing the Wayward Oni Raiders bounty and returning to Lord Kato's Estate to collect your rewards.
There, you will hear a familiar voice and discover that Lord Kato is actually Shiro the Swindler, who abandoned you during the raid on Jigoku Fortress.
Wayward Oni Raiders Bounty Guide
2. Follow Shiro to the Coast
He pleads to you to help him one last time before surrendering himself so that his people can escape. Atsu agrees so follow him until you reach your destination.
3. Defeat the Oni Raiders
Once you reach the location, Shiro will help you defeat the Oni Raiders to help his people escape. After defeating the Oni Raiders, Shiro will surrender himself but Atsu refuses and lets him go with his people. This will complete the bounty and you will immediately get the rewards.

This is a follow up of the Wayward Oni bounty where after returning the bounty to Lord Sato, this bounty will begin.
