GOY - How to Unlock Fire Arrows
You can unlock Fire Arrows by upgrading the Hankyu Bow to Altered Hankyu in Ghost of Yotei. Find out how to unlock fire arrows and how to craft them here.

How to Unlock Fire Arrows

Upgrade to Altered Hankyu

GOY - Altered Bow

To unlock Fire Arrows you will need to upgrade the Hankyu up to an Altered Hankyu. To do speak with Ran the Bowyer and select Gear Upgrades. After upgrading your bow, you will now be able to craft Fire Arrows at Camp.

Required Items to Upgrade

Item Amount
Coin x450
Young Bamboo x40

You would need 450 Coins and 40 Young Bamboo to upgrade your bow into an Altered Hankyu.

Upgrade Arrow Capacity at the Bowyer's Shop

GOY - Arrow Capacity

To carry more arrows need to upgrade your capacity. You can do this by selecting Ammo Capacity Upgrades from Ran's menu, then selecting Fire Arrows.

Craft Fire Arrows in Camp

  1. Set Up Camp
  2. Select Craft Ammo
  3. Craft Fire Arrows

Set Up Camp

To access the crafting menu, call your horse and set up camp. make sure that you have all your materials ready for crafting.

How to Setup Camp

Select Craft Ammo

GOY - Select Crafting
Select the Craft Ammo near the bottom left of the screen, where you can see the image of the tools. From there select Arrows.

Craft Fire Arrows

Item Amount
Young Bamboo x2
Sake x1

Regardless of how many arrows you currently have crafting fire arrows will always require the same amount of materials. This will always fully replenish your arrows to full capacity.
