1. Follow Master Yoshida and Learn the Mountain Breaker
Follow Master Yoshida and read the scrolls related to the Mountain Breaker. Follow him to the training grounds afterwards to try out the Mountain Breaker technique. Afterwards, follow Master Yoshida to a nearby campfire and rest.
2. Survey the Area
After the cutscene, open your spyglass and survey the area, where you'll find Saito's men using Bo-hiya to destroy the dojo.
3. Defeat Saito's Men
Ride with Master Yoshida and kill the invaders. Make use of your new Mountain Breaker technique to decimate the big brutes firing the Bo-hiya. Eliminate all of Saito's men to trigger a cutscene and end the quest.
