1. Head to the Broken Horn Garrison
Go to the Broken Horn Garrison located west of Ishikari Market. You can easily find it as it is very close to Ishikari Market.
2. Defeat the Oni Raiders in the Camp
Defeat the Oni Raiders once you arrive at the camp. It's best to do it covertly as there are tons of cover around the camp that you can use. You can still fight them head-on and defeat them like a true samurai.
3. Rescue Sanji
You can find Sanji in the middle of the camp. You can rescue him as you defeat the raiders to help you out in battle, but if you're planning to assassinate them, it's best to do it after.
The quest will end once you've freed Sanji and all the raiders are dead.

Talk to Ran the Bowyer in Ishikari Market during The Oni quest to start this quest. You will receive the quest immediately after buying or talking to her.
