Even with the Yotei Six gone, their soldiers still haunt the regions of Ishikari Plain and Teshio Ridge. The post game contains liberating all of the enemy-controlled locations in these regions, defeating Takezo and his disciples, and aiming for 100% completion!

Duel the Unrivaled quest will get you to duel Takezo and earn all of his Charms. You must do the Takezo the Unrivaled first, then The Five Teachings to finish this quest.

Burning Plains consists of quests revolving around the Ishikari Plains, Sensei Takahashi, and Ina.
The best way to complete this is to do the Yari quests first, then The Bomb Maker quests, The Burning of Castle Ishikari, and clear all the Yotei Six Camps in the region last.

A Haunted Land takes place in the Teshio Ridge Region. You must complete all the Sensei Tales, Kunai Missions, and clear the Nine Tails Hideouts in the region to complete this quest.
Aim for 100% Completion
You can try to aim for the 100% completion to get the Platinum Trophy after the Unfinished Business quests. There are still a lot of things to do, like completing all Side Quests, resting on all Hot Spring locations, visiting Altar of Reflections, and learning all the techniques in the game!
