1. Take Eijiro the Ruthless' Bounty Quest
Outside of the Ishikari Market, Kojiro the Bounty Broker will ask you to take his special bounty. Interact with him to initiate the bounty for Eijiro the Ruthless.
Interrogate an Enemy to Get Eijiro’s Bounty
Note that Eijiro's bounty can also be obtained by interrogating the last enemy of Higashi Lumberyard.
2. Navigate Your Way to Urara Forest
Urara Forest is located north of the Ishikari Market. You can select Eijiro the Ruthless' bounty on the map to track it and the guiding wind will point you to the location.
3. Conquer Higashi Lumberyard
Once near Urara Forest, continue roaming until it says Higashi Lumberyard. You need to eliminate all enemies inside the area before you can fight Eijiro. Due to a large amount of enemy, it is highly advisable to sneak your way and eliminate the enemies carefully without alerting the whole area. You also have the option to do a standoff every time you clear a portion of the area.
4. Defeat Eijiro the Ruthless
After clearing Higashi Lumberyard, you can go to the last gate inside to have a duel with Eijiro. Defeat him and you will complete the bounty and conquer Higashi Lumberyard. Return to Kojiro the Bounty Broker to claim your reward.
Eijiro the Ruthless Location
Inside a Camp West of Urara Forest
Go northeast from Ishikari Market until you reach Urara Forest. Roam around, and you will eventually see a Yotei Six camp. Raid the camp, and Eijiro will be the last enemy there.
