A storyteller known for hunting down stories across the plains of Ezo. He travels between regions to tell old stories and myths of well known samurai that can help with Atsu's journey.

Quest	How to Unlock and Objectives
The Crimson Kimono	How to Unlock: Speak with the man, Ugetsu, sitting beneath the Mother Daughter Tree, the tree with orange leaves, and finish the cutscene to unlock the Crimson Kimono clue card. ・Talk to the storyteller to start the tale ・Follow the red yuki mushi to the campsite ・Find an orange Mother Daughter Tree in the Hakodake Mountains ・Follow the red yuki mushi to an abandoned shack ・Find another Mother Daughter tree at northern Teshio Ridge ・Follow the red yuki mushi to an abandoned home ・Examine the last snow sculpture ・Follow the red yuki mushi to the mother's grave
The Undying Samurai	How to Unlock: Go to the northern part of Ishikari Plain to Storyteller's Rest, which is past Nakagoya Spring. On a field, you will see the storyteller Ugetsu at a small camp with a fire. Talk to Ugetsu and listen to the tale of the Undying Samurai. ・Listen to the tale of the Undying Samurai ・Collect four bell chimes ・Use the bell chimes to find the Undying Samurai ・Place the bell chimes on the posts ・Defeat the Undying Samurai ・Talk to Ugetsu
The Spider Lily General	How to Unlock: Go to the southern part of the Shizunai Woods where an estate is drawn on the map. Once there, go through the Mysterious Gate of the estate. A cutscene will trigger where you speak with the storyteller Ugetsu. ・Enter the Mysterious Gate to Tominaga Estate ・Find the Pagoda Key ・Find the Maze Key ・Find the Graveyard Key ・Find the Cave Key
The Storm Blade	How to Unlock: Go to the Forbidden Shrine located at the southernmost tip of Oshima Coast. Talk to the storyteller Ugetsu at the steps leading to the shrine. ・Agree to help Ugetsu find the Storm Blade ・Follow the fox to a glade ・Follow the fox deeper into the shrine ・Pursue the Nine Tails Thief ・Find and Defeat the Nine Tails Shinobi
Takezo the Unrivaled	How to Unlock: This Mythic Tale automatically unlocks after defeating a Disciple of Takezo at a Dueling Tree in the Yotei Grasslands or Tokachi Range. After doing so, Ugetsu the Storyteller will appear to start the Mythic Tale. ・Duel Disciples of Takezo at Five Dueling Trees in Yotei Grasslands and Tokachi Range ・Find Takezo at the Coastal Dueling Tree ・Duel Takezo the Unrivaled
