1. Talk to the Ainu Merchant Near the Cliffside
Go to the southernmost part of the Yotei Grasslands, going past the Tranquil Falls and Lake Kuttara. Near a cliffside, you will see a small camp with a campfire. Talk to the old Ainu merchant there.
The Ainu merchant will explain that he was robbed by bandits and that his askur sake was thrown away.
2. Retrieve the Askur from the Cliff
Follow the Ainu merchant to the cliffside, where you will see the askur on another side of the cliff. From where you are standing with the merchant, you will see a prompt to climb down and land on a path. Follow the path leading to the askur.
At the last segment, you will have to jump on branches and use the grappling hook to climb up the ledge. There, get the askur on the grass.
3. Return the Askur to the Ainu Merchant
Go back to the Ainu merchant and return his askur. Drink the askur with the merchant to end the side quest.

How to Unlock A Drink with a Stranger
Go to the Southern Coast
Travel to the southernmost part of the Yotei Grasslands, past Lake Kuttara and the Tranquil Falls. Approach the Ainu merchant near the edge of the cliff to start the quest.
