Clear Wolf Dens to Unlock

The Wolf Howl technique can be unlocked by clearing Wolf Dens scattered all around Ezo.

Wolf Rescue Must be Obtained First

Wolf Howl falls under the Summon skill tree, and the Wolf Rescue technique is a prerequisite for it, so it must be unlocked beforehand.

Requires Technique Points

You can obtain new skills by using Technique Points, which are obtained from Altars of Reflection. You will be able to find these shrines scattered all around Ezo by exploring the map.
