GOY - No Minimap
Ghost of Yotei does not have a minimap or compass; instead, the game uses Traveller's Map, which you will need to collect to complete the full map, and the Gust Wind which lead you to objectives.

How to Navigate

Obtain Pieces of the Traveller's Map

To get more details on your map, you will need to obtain pieces called Traveller's Map. Maps containing Altars of Reflections can be purchased from Isaburo the Cartographer at the Yotei's Shadow Inn. You can also collect pieces by interacting with Ezo Settlers and defeating enemies that you encounter.

Follow the Gust Wind to Objectives

GOY - Wind Gusts
Instead of a compass or objective marker, the game makes use of the wind to guide players to objectives. You can trigger Wind Gusts by swiping up on the pad.

Use the Spyglass to Mark Landmarks

GOY - use the Spyglass
Another way to help you navigate is to use your Spyglass. Go to high ground and spot landmarks with your spyglass to mark it on your map. This will allow you to mark it as a location that you can track using the Gust Wind.
