There’s plenty of Kill Bill references in the game is well! Two favorite are Yubari Lake and the Kusarigama, which are two references to GOGO Yubari!

Musashi Easter Egg in game. You have Takezo the Unrivaled, who introduces himself as a Vagabond. If you read the Manga "Vagabond" Musashis Birth Name is Takezo. Then you duel him in "Sasaki's Cove" which references Sasaki Kojiro and in the end he uses Dual Swords, a style Musashi invented. So he is not fully ingame, but that whole quest is deffo related.
