1. Take Houndmaster Toyotaro's Bounty Quest
Outside of the Red Crane Inn, there is a bounty board alongside Kojiro the Bounty Broker. Interact with the bounty board and take Houndmaster Toyotaro's bounty alongside other bounties posted there.
2. Navigate Your Way to Teshio River
Teshio River is located northwest of the Red Crane Inn. You can select Houndmaster Toyotaro's bounty on the map to track it and the guiding wind will point you to the location.
3. Search for Dogs or Cages
Once near Teshio River, roam around until you see pack of dogs. Investigate them to get a better clue on where Toyotaro is. Continue searching until you see cages and a campfire where Toyotaro is at. However, you can instantly stumble upon him and if so, you will immediately start the fight with a handful dogs beside him.
4. Defeat Houndmaster Toyotaro
The dogs in the fight can help charge up your onryo's howl and they are easy to kill. Once Toyotaro is dead the bounty is completed. Return to Kojiro the Bounty Broker to claim your reward.
Houndmaster Toyotaro Location
In the Middle of the Field South of Teshio River
Go northwest of Red Crane Inn and south of Teshio River. Find a snowy field full of cages and there should be a lone man with multiple dogs. That is Toyotaro, eliminate him immediately.
