Ghost of Yotei is not free to play. Like other Playstation exclusives, players are required to preorder or purchase a copy to play the game. Ghost of Yotei released last October 2, 2025 and is no longer available for pre-order.

Not Included in Playstation Plus

A way to get a Playstation exclusive title for free is to subscribe to Playstation Plus. However, Ghost of Yotei will not be included on Playstation Plus at launch, and Sucker Punch has no official statement about doing so in the future yet.
